There’s a myriad of reasons why a retaining wall is an investment for your home. It can help with waterproofing, preventing run-off, securing a garden bed, and acting as a visible ‘fence’. It’s both a practical and aesthetic installation. With Fletcher’s, your retaining wall with function well and look great. If you’re looking for design inspiration, check out our portfolio of past work. As custom designers, we can create any type of retaining wall. All Adelaide Hills towns, big and small

Nairne is less than 10 minutes from vibrant Mount Barker. It’s a small town with a population of 6,158 – a number that’s grown a lot in recent years. In 2016, that number was approximately 4,800. Being just seven kilometres from the heart of the Hills, Nairne (5252) is an attractive place to live. It’s also been going through its own evolution in the past decade. It’s becoming a location in its own right, not just because it’s well-located. Given it’s one of the oldest towns in the Hills (founded in 1839), Nairne offers a good mix of old meets new and its not far from Stirling, one of the most sought after places in the region.

It’s a popular town for first-home buyers, as it’s reasonably affordable. Given the surge of younger people to the area, it’s given the town a more youthful feel. It’s a great example of the growing Adelaide Hills ‘CBD’, beyond the outskirts of Mount Barker.
